The Research Seminar Series is an initiative designed and adopted in 2017 to support the University’s Vision of being a leading University with the capacity to respond to contemporary national and Socio-economic challenges through training, research and technical guidance. The major purpose of RSS is to build the capacity of participants in research methodology, academic writing and collaborative research; and this will be achieved through the use of the following four model values:
- Research capacity building
- Mentorship and support
- Critical thinking and problem solving
