RESEARCH SEMINAR ON AVOIDING BURN OUT AND DEVELOPING AN EFFECTIVE WORK LIFE

The Research and Postgraduate School (MRU RPGS) alongside NEMRA concluded the June Research Seminar on the topic: Avoiding burn out and developing an effective work life balance during your PhD journey and beyond.

    The seminar was facilitator by Dr. Sheila Long from South East Technological University, Carlow Campus, Ireland who was physically present at Muteesa I Royal University- Research and Seminar Center. It attracted a total of 45 participants; early career and senior academic researchers, practitioners and post graduate research students who were both online and physically at MRU.

  Dr. Sheila Long was welcomed to Muteesa I Royal University by the DVC, Assoc. Prof. Umar Ahmed Kasule, the QA Dr. Ben Ssembajjwe and Grants officer Mrs. Angela Kalule who moderated Seminar. Thank you for your participation.
