Today, we honor and celebrate 12 remarkable years of visionary leadership, unwavering dedication, and steadfast service by Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga.
Under his stewardship, Buganda Kingdom has witnessed historic progress from the strengthening of cultural institutions to socioeconomic development, education, and youth empowerment. His leadership has been marked by transparency, innovation, and a deep love for Buganda and Uganda at large.
The journey of “Ekitibwa kya Buganda” has flourished through initiatives like Ettoffaali, restoration of the Kasubi Tombs, revitalization of Buganda Kingdom assets and advocacy for unity, culture and development.
