The Faculty of Education is pleased to announce the successful completion of Guidance and Counselling sessions on Professional Ethics for all Education students.
These sessions aimed to equip future educators with the ethical principles, professional standards, and values required in the teaching profession. Topics covered included:
Integrity and accountability in the teaching profession
Ethical decision-making in school environments
Professional conduct with learners, parents, and colleagues
Managing personal and professional boundaries
The sessions were highly interactive, with facilitators from the Guidance & Counselling Unit, experienced lecturers, and guest professionals from the education sector.
