On February 17, 2025, the Uganda Vice Chancellors’ Forum (UVCF) convened a general meeting at Kabale University to discuss excellence in higher education. The meeting, hosted by Kabale University, was part of UVCF’s ongoing collaboration with TUI on key higher education initiatives.
During the meeting, the Vice Chancellors also had the opportunity to engage with the Deputy Speaker of Uganda’s Parliament, addressing critical issues affecting universities in the country.
The Muteesa I Royal University (MRU) Vice Chancellor was among the esteemed leaders in attendance, reaffirming MRU’s commitment to fostering collaboration and excellence in higher education.
